Conversation went something like .

Ms lee : -shouts- NO IM NOT .
Sometime like . " What kind of logic is this . You overwrite my booking and you never even inform me ? " "What lousy management is this ? "
Hell funny okay . LOL .
So we had to let them have th comlab ,
and remedial was cancelled .
